Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the UK only. We’re working on expanding internationally soon. Join our mailing list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
How much is UK shipping?
Standard UK shipping is £4.95.
We offer free UK shipping on orders over £40.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor delivery.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused products.
To request a return, email us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide clear instructions on the next steps.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Who are Revalure products designed for?
Revalure is created for sensitive, blemish-prone and oily skin — particularly skin affected by sweat, heat and long, active days.
Our formulas are intentionally focused and minimal to help support the skin barrier while addressing congestion and breakouts.
Are your products suitable for acne-prone skin?
Yes. Our Salicylic Acid Serum is designed to help decongest pores, while Niacinamide helps balance oil and support barrier health. Our cleanser removes sweat and build-up without stripping the skin.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free and dermatologist reviewed?
Yes. All Revalure products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free are dermatologist reviewed. We do not test on animals.
Are your products fragrance-free?
Our formulas are fragrance-conscious and created for sensitive skin. We avoid harsh artificial fragrances that can irritate reactive skin.
Are your products suitable for acne-prone or sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Our formulas are intentionally simple, minimal, and non-irritating — ideal for oily, blemish-prone and reactive skin types.
Can I use your products if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
While most ingredients are widely considered suitable, we always recommend consulting your GP or healthcare professional before introducing new skincare during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
HOW TO USE
What order should I use the products in?
AM: Cleanser → Niacinamide Serum → Moisturiser/SPF
PM: Cleanser → Salicylic Serum → Moisturiser
Can I use both serums together?
Yes, but we recommend: Niacinamide in the morning
Salicylic Acid in the evening
This helps minimise sensitivity while maintaining results.
